To reduce checkout congestion, ensure safe and smooth venue operations, and improve convenience for both domestic and international visitors, Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2027 will implement a fully cashless payment system within the venue.

Accordingly, all exhibitors conducting sales or payment operations at their booths are required to support fully cashless transactions as a mandatory condition for participation. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

At this event, providing value to visitors is our top priority.

To ensure the availability of diverse booth variations and offer exclusive content that can only be experienced at the EXPO, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation (selection process) based on the details provided in your application. Please carefully prepare your exhibit details before applications open.

  1. 1.The Tokyo Marathon Foundation, in recognition of the importance of protecting personal information on exhibiting companies (hereafter referred to as “Personal Information”), abides by all laws and ordinances concerning the protection of personal information and adheres to the foundation's Privacy Policy when handling personal information.

  2. 2.The foundation shall not use the private information on exhibiting companies for any purpose other than for the holding of the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2027, and neither shall any part of it be disclosed or provided to a third party. However, this may not be the case under the following circumstances:
    1. (1)If the foundation subcontracts production or operations pertaining to the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2027 to a subcontractor
    2. (2)If private information is given to a company upon obtaining prior approval from the exhibiting company
    3. (3)If e-mails are sent / telephone calls are made to the exhibiting company in response to inquiries
    4. (4)If there is an obligation to disclose private information based on laws and ordinances
    5. (5)If approval is obtained from the exhibiting company for other reasons

  3. 3.The foundation shall issue adequate warning to companies to which private information will be disclosed, upon obtaining approval from subcontractors and the exhibiting company, to demand its proper management.

  4. 4.If the exhibiting company wishes to inquire about or change its own private information, it can do so by contacting the foundation, and the foundation shall respond as quickly as possible within reason.

  5. 5.In order to prevent illegal access to private information on exhibiting companies, the foundation shall take necessary measures to manage safety.

  6. 6.The foundation reserves the right to carry out statistical analyses of the attributes of private information on exhibiting companies to compile data (here after referred to as "statistical materials") in which individual companies will not be discernable or identifiable, and use the data to develop new services and execute or handle operations.
    The foundation also reserves the right to provide statistical materials to affiliated companies in accordance with the requirements of operations.
